Our Story
In 1999 we started off as a husband and wife company with a focus on single family properties in Arizona. We progressed by buying numerous houses, duplexes, Triplexes and small multifamily properties in multiple states and numerous cities. We also purchased several commercial properties over the years. We have continued to also invest in numerous multifamily investments throughout the years and focus on apartment complexes that have over 100 units. Private investors in our offerings have been protected over the years by our team conservatively underwriting deals. Today, we are invested in over 5,000 units across 10 states. We are general partners in 291 units and invest passively in numerous other syndications. We are committed to protecting investor’s capital, creating passive income for our investors, and quality housing to the community.
Our Strategy
Our strategy is to target growing areas typically in the south and south east of the country that have landlord friendly environments. We ideally look for properties that are mismanaged, undermarketed, minimally maintained, or lack amenities that current tenants are seeking. We are seeking properties that we conservatively make offers on that allow us to hold the property for a period of time where we can improve the property, increase rents, and sell at an opportune time to provide optimal returns to our investors. The result for our investors is an asset that generates cash flow to protect the investors and general partners, quickly increase in value, while also producing a predictable monthly income, as well as favorable tax advantages.
